Dear friend,

The East District Youth Ministries are organising an East District Youth Day this year, on 5th September 2009.

This event will reach out to all current Confirmation 3 youths who will undergo confirmation in 2010*, within the 5 East District Parishes of Holy Family, Holy Trinity, OLPS, Queen of Peace and St. Stephen. Other youths and all those young at heart may play their part in actively giving and serving our younger youths.

This East District Youth Day is a first-time collaboration between the East District Youth ministires currently, and is a big event for all of us. This District Youth Day will alternate with the Archdiocesan Youth Day organised by CAYC (Catholic Archdiocesan Youth Centre).

The theme this year is "Spera in Deo", or Hope in God, based on 1 Timothy 4:10, "We have set our hope on the Living God."
